SHARING HOPE IN THE PERUVIAN JUNGLE
► AN ORGANIZED MISSION
Each year the Evangelism area (Missionary District) plans the annual work that all the missionaries will do together with the district pastor. During the first months of the year, the Board of Directors reviews the map, evaluates the previous events and strategically chooses the communities that will be the outposts to share the message.
► WORKING IN THE JUNGLE
Missionary work in the communities involves instructing the members of the churches, but also reaching more people through Bible studies or activities in which a sincere friendship and desire to know Jesus is sought. From time to time, material is sent to support the study of the Bible with the people, as well as meetings or congresses to strengthen the church in the jungle.
► THE METHOD OF CHRIST
Missionary work consists not only in spiritual support, but in being true friends who seek the integral wellbeing of people. Imitating the method of our Jesus. We organize talks for parents, trainings for women, small health workshops and we also motivate families to improve their relationships.
► BLESSED HARVESTS
It is a great joy to see the fruits of the missionary work, these go beyond the numbers because the real result is the transformed life of a person and their fervent desire to meet Jesus. To carry out these baptisms, the support of more pastors of the Peru Oriente Mission has been needed, since many times the communities request the support of the district pastor. Undoubtedly, Jesus looks with love on the progress of his work.

The missionaries have left behind a way to support themselves to help spread the love of Jesus with their new community. It costs them $150 a month to cover their basic needs.
Build a Missionaries House
Our missionaries must have a place to stay, since they will stay there for a year, so we want to build small lodgings next to the churches.
We are in charge of more than 440 communities, of which only 44 have a temple, so there are still many to be built. It costs US$7,500 to build a temple in the jungle.
Bibles
Hundreds of children, youth and adults from different communities in the jungle yearn to have a Bible in their hands to read and share hope with more people. $12.00 per individual Bible.
SDA Hymnals
God has given us music to lift our spirits and bring us to Him. The people of Peru love to sing, not only in church, but in all the activities they do. Having a physical hymnal would bring so much joy and allow for the learning of new songs.
